We partner with Pakistan’s top courier services (like TCS, Leopard, TRAX, Swyft, and more) to ensure your order is delivered quickly, safely, and with full Cash on Delivery (COD) support.

2. The Delivery Journey: Simple & Transparent

Step 1: Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Order Received: Your order is immediately logged in our system.
  • Verification Call: To prevent fraud, our sales team will call you within a few hours to confirm all details: your address, contact number, and order items.
  • Quality Check & Packing: After confirmation, your items undergo a quality check and are securely double-packed for protection.
  • On its Way! We dispatch your parcel within 24-48 hours. You will instantly receive your unique tracking ID via WhatsApp and email.

Step 2: Speedy Delivery

  • Live Tracking: Our courier partner scans and updates your parcel’s status in real-time. Use your tracking code to follow its journey online.
  • Final Delivery: Once the parcel reaches your city hub, a delivery rider will call you to schedule the drop-off.
  • ⚠️ COD Notice: For security, payment must be collected before a Cash on Delivery parcel can be opened.

3. Delivery Charges & Fees

  • Zero Profit on Delivery: We do not markup delivery charges. You pay exactly what our courier partners charge us.
  • How Charges are Calculated: Couriers charge based on actual weight or volumetric weight (size of the box), whichever is higher.
  • Example: If a courier’s minimum charge is for 2 kg, a 0.5 kg parcel will still be charged at the 2 kg rate.
  • Free Delivery: Some items qualify for free delivery! This will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Non-Refundable: Delivery fees are not refundable, even if you return the product.

4. Managing Your Order

  • Tracking: Use the tracking ID sent to you to monitor your order online.
  • Changes & Cancellations:
    • You can cancel or amend your order anytime before it is dispatched by contacting our Customer Support.
    • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and a fee may apply to cover courier and processing costs.

FAQs

Q: What if the rider is late or my parcel is misplaced?
A: While unforeseen events like weather, politics, or courier errors can cause delays, we always have your back. We will actively track your order and support you. In cases of mishandling by the courier, we may resend the parcel at our discretion.

Q: What if I miss the delivery call?
A: The rider will attempt to call you 3 times. If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a restocking fee may apply for a refund.

Q: Am I allowed to open the package before payment for COD orders?
A: For security reasons, payment must be completed first. This protects both you and us from fraudulent orders and tampered goods.

Q: What if the parcel looks tampered with upon delivery?
A: You have the right to refuse delivery if the packaging is damaged or opened. Please report this to us immediately.
