Return & Refund Policy
At Daichi.pk, we follow Islamically compliant policies for Replacement, Return, Refund, and Cancellation. We believe that nothing builds stronger customer trust than being clear and fair in our commitments.
Disclaimer: Products that come with a brand warranty must be claimed directly with the manufacturer. Such items cannot be returned to Daichi.pk once the warranty card has been punched.
Replacement Policy
You are entitled to a replacement if your product is:
- Damaged upon delivery
- Defective in functionality
- Missing any items/parts
- Delivered incorrectly (wrong item sent)
📌 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if delivered on 1st December, replacement is valid till 8th December). Please provide your order number, delivery address, and proof (images/videos) for quick processing.
Once your replacement is approved:
- You will need to send the product back.
- It usually takes 2–4 days for items to reach us.
- Replacement will not be processed if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse.
- It has been used.
- Electrical appliances burn out due to local electrical faults.
If a specific part is broken or missing, we will send the replacement part. Compensation cannot be provided without proper proof.

Return Policy
Our return policy is Shariah-compliant. You can return products within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unworn, and scratch-free.
- It is returned in original packaging, seals, and tags intact.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included.
All returned products undergo quality checks. If items fail inspection, we reserve the right to send them back to you.
⚠️ Note: Defective products are covered under warranty claims/replacement and cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and verify the returned item through our QA/QC department, you will be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds cover only the product cost.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time depends on the selected payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch from our warehouse.
- If cancelled before dispatch → Full refund including delivery charges.
- If the order is already packed or wrapped, a small deduction will apply for packaging costs.
⚠️ Note: Orders with punched warranty cards cannot be cancelled.
